PetaSight was born from the realization that Primary Market Research execution is one of the most operationally complex workflows in the healthcare industry, and one of the least governed. Every study involves dozens of handoffs across tools, teams, and vendors, with no single system of record.
We founded PetaSight as a software company to solve this problem with technology, not headcount. Our product is cloud-based software that customers subscribe to on an annual basis and operate with their own teams. PetaSight does not perform market research, does not staff project teams, and does not provide outsourced delivery services of any kind.
Our software brings operational discipline to PMR delivery. Not by replacing the people and tools that make research possible, but by giving them a governed, auditable, and measurable platform to work within.

Every claim we make is tied to a measurable KPI. Cycle time, rework rate, defect escape rate, unit cost. If we cannot measure it, we do not promise it.
