Common Questions

How is PetaSight priced?
PetaSight is licensed as an annual SaaS software subscription, with tiered plans based on the number of modules, integration complexity, and support level. We do not charge per seat and we do not charge per project. Your entire team subscribes to the software and operates it themselves. Contact us for a custom quote based on your specific requirements.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Our standard agreement will be a 12-month annual contract. This allows sufficient time to complete integration, training, and realize measurable ROI. We are confident founding partners will see results within the first 60 days.
How long does implementation take?
PetaSight will deploy in four phases. Phase 1 (Foundation) will deliver core platform setup, data migration, and team onboarding within the first 90 days. Founding partners are expected to see ROI within the first 60 days of Phase 1.
Can I start with one module and add more later?
Yes. We expect many clients will begin with the module that addresses their most acute pain point, typically Bid Copilot or Survey Build Automation, and expand as they prove ROI. Upgrading between tiers is straightforward and pro-rated.
What kind of support is included?
All plans will include onboarding, platform training, and access to our customer success team during business hours. Scale and Enterprise plans will include priority support with faster SLAs and a dedicated customer success manager.
Is my data secure?
PetaSight is being built with enterprise-grade security from the ground up. All data will be encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We are committed to HIPAA compliance and will execute BAAs and DPAs as required. Data residency options are planned for US, EU, and APAC.
Does PetaSight replace my existing survey platform?
No. PetaSight is software that integrates with your existing survey platforms (Decipher, Confirmit, Qualtrics) and panel providers. The software automates the operational layer on top of your current tools. Your team operates it. We do not perform research or provide project delivery services.
What ROI can I expect?
